‘Summit’ was my favorite song off of Skrillex’s Bangarang EP, so the release of the music video was exciting. If you’ve never heard the song, it’s not your typical hard, wobbly, gritty Skrillex, but takes a much more mellow route, with the vocals of Ellie Goulding. It was also the main song used in the Skrillex-themed RPG entitled ‘Skrillex Quest’, an 8-bit game inspired by Zelda.

What do you think of this style of producing for Skrillex?

“Something different” is what Madeon said.
Madeon shows us what he is truly capable of: here, he strays from his usual disco influenced house sound, to Drumstep, offering a heavy, head-banging track, all while conserving his dreamy synth lines.
I think this is definitely another amazing track from Madeon, who’s talent I still can’t wrap my head around!

I can’t wait for this track to come out, but do you like this new style of track?
